The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the official notification for the 16th Common Recruitment Process for Customer Service Associates (CRP CSA XVI) . This recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 11,403 vacancies for the post of Customer Service Associate (Clerk) in 11 participating Public Sector Banks .

Online applications will be accepted from 01 August 2026 to 28 August 2026 Extended through the official IBPS website . Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university and be between the age of 20 to 28 years as on 01 August 2026 . The selection process includes a Preliminary Examination and a Mains Examination .

  • Language Proficiency: Candidates must be proficient in the specified local language of the State/UT for which they are applying .

Selection Process

  • Preliminary Examination: Objective type test consisting of English Language, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning Ability. It is of 100 marks and 1 hour duration .
  • Mains Examination: Objective type test consisting of General/Financial Awareness, General English, Reasoning Ability, and Quantitative Aptitude. It is of 200 marks and 2 hours 5 minutes duration .
  • Local Language Proficiency Test: Conducted after qualifying the Mains Examination/Provisional Allotment. Candidates who have studied the local language in 10th standard or above are exempted .
  • Document Verification: Verification of original educational, category, and other supporting certificates.
  • Provisional Allotment: Based on merit-cum-preference, subject to the candidate fulfilling the criteria of the Allotted Bank .

  2. On the homepage, click on the link for “CRP Customer Service Associates (CRP-CSA-XVI)” and then click on “CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE”.
  3. Click on “CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION” to register by entering your basic information .
  4. After registration, a provisional registration number and password will be generated. Note it down carefully.
  5. Login and fill the online application form with complete personal, educational, and contact details.
  6. Upload the following documents as per the specified guidelines :
    • Photograph (20-50 KB, 200×230 pixels)
    • Signature (10-20 KB, 140×60 pixels)
    • Left Thumb Impression (20-50 KB, 240×240 pixels)
