Educational Qualification
- Essential Qualification: Candidates must have passed Intermediate (10+2) from any recognized board or institution.

Selection Process
The selection for UPSSSC Forest Guard & Wildlife Guard will be conducted through the following stages:
- Shortlisting based on PET 2025 Score: Candidates will be shortlisted for the main written examination based on their normalized score in UPSSSC PET 2025. Candidates with zero or negative marks in PET 2025 will not be shortlisted.
- Main Written Examination: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a written exam consisting of objective-type questions.
- Physical Measurement Test (PST): Candidates will undergo measurement of height, chest (for males), and weight (for females). This is qualifying in nature.
