Eligibility
For Assistant Teacher (Primary – Urban)
- Graduation degree from a university established by law in India or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government.
- Recognized teacher-training qualification such as BTC, BTC (Urdu), Special BTC, 2-year Diploma in Special Education (RCI approved), 4-year B.El.Ed., or 2-year D.El.Ed. recognized under NCTE Regulations, 2002.
- Must have passed the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) conducted by the State Government or Government of India.
For Assistant Teacher (Attached Primary)
- Graduation degree from a university established by law in India or a recognized/deemed university/institution.
- BTC or D.El.Ed. degree from an NCTE-recognized course.
- Must have passed the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Government or Government of India for Classes 01 to 05.
